Shipping

Our candles are handmade and poured, so we take extra care to make sure you are getting the best high quality product. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order is shipped it may take 2-5 business days to arrive. Please note that once your package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. 

In the unfortunate event that your package may be lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the courier directly. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any exchanges or refunds will be under our discretion. 

Please make sure that you enter your correct address at the time of checkout. Candle Esscents will not be responsible for products being delivered to the incorrect address. If you notice that you have entered the incorrect address at checkout, please email us at hello@candleesscents.com with your correct address.
