Due to the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or returns. All sales are final. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the event a mistake was made on our behalf.

We take the time and care to ensure your package arrives to you safely. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@candleesscents.com and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Please make sure that you enter your correct address at the time of checkout. Candle Esscents will not be responsible for products being delivered to the incorrect address. If you notice that you have entered the incorrect address at checkout, please email us at hello@candleesscents.com with your correct address.
